COTTAGE LIVING provides charming independent living accommodations for persons who want to maintain an active lifestyle and who do not need daily assistance. One and two-bedroom ranch-style cottages are available. Each cottage has a living room, and a full kitchen. The monthly rate for Cottage Residents includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Resident Dining Room and all utilities except telephone and cable.
Many of the Cottages have decks that allow you to sit outside and enjoy nature or host your own backyard party. The yards are maintained by Saint Simeon’s, but you may choose to plant your favorite plants and shrubs or even plant your own personal garden. The Cottage is your home and we encourage you to decorate the inside to suit your own personal taste.
The following Services are included in the Independent Cottage Living monthly rate in addition to the Amenities and Services:
