We are excited to announce that bulldozers have cleared a path for our new east drive that will serve as the construction traffic road for our exciting Our Next Chapter: Building with Love! capital expansion project. The project has officially begun and our Home on the hill is undergoing another major transformation to benefit the Residents of Saint Simeon’s.
The road bed has been graded and dirt from the top of the hill has been removed by the truckload. This phase has opened a magnificent view of downtown Tulsa from our hill!
The model apartments are being constructed at the entrance to the Home. These mock-ups of the new Assisted Living apartments will be ready for viewing in early 2008. This will give current residents an opportunity to make choices for their new apartments and give prospective residents a chance to see what to expect. The architects and construction managers will be looking at resident input in making any final adjustments to the planned finish-outs.
