Saint Simeon’s Auxiliary News
The 2002-2003 Auxiliary Membership Directories are being printed and will mailed to members in mid-September.
The first full meeting of the Auxiliary is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, September 13th at 10:00 a.m. in the Saint Simeon's Conference Room. Please plan to attend and help us get the year started off on the right note.
Several members have been very busy helping with plans for the Western Days 2002 "Oil Patch Blowout", scheduled for Saturday, October 5, 2002. Invitations will be mailed out on Monday, August 26th, so check you mailboxes. Please call Stephen Mason at 425-3583, ext. 237 if you have any questions or don't receive an invitation. Everyone is invited!
Colonial Antiques, located at 1329 E. 15th (Cherry Street near corner of 15th and Peoria), is selling a beautiful Ashstone Ironstone Set on behalf of the Auxiliary. The set would be a great addition to any home. Stop by and check it out. The proceeds will support the work of the Auxiliary.
Quote of the Month If there must be trouble let it be in my day, that my child may have peace. Thomas Paine (1737 - 1809)
