Adult Day Services

Saint Simeon’s Adult Day Services is located at Saint Dunstan’s Episcopal Church on 71st Street between Yale and Sheridan [see map], and is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For more information or to schedule a visit, send us an email or call (918) 496-3316 today.

Saint Simeon's Adult Day Services provides care for the aging and individuals with Alzheimer's and related dementia. The program is designed to meet the needs of both the participants and caregivers. A warm, homelike environment is the setting for meaningful activities, social interaction, and needed assistance with the activities of daily living. Caregivers are able to work, shop, or simply relax with the peace of mind of knowing their loved one is being cared for by trained professionals.

If you are the primary caregiver for an aging spouse, parent, or grandparent, then you know that this responsibility can be both rewarding and challenging at the same time. Balancing the demands of caring for a loved one with the demands of a career and home leaves little time for rest. Please know that Saint Simeon’s Adult Day Services is available to help you and the person for whom you are caring.

An individualized plan of care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. This plan of care outlines the individual's health, social and wellness needs. Structured daily programming addresses individual interests, cognitive levels, and physical abilities and encourages independence and dignity.

The following are considered basic services for Adult Day Services and are included in the daily rate:
