Cottage Living provides independent living accommodations for persons who want to maintain an active lifestyle and who do not need daily assistance. One and two bedroom ranch-style cottages are available.

Each cottage has a living room for relaxing, reading or entertaining, and a kitchen for those times when you just feel like cooking. Cottage residents are welcome to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in City View Dining, which is just a short and pleasant walk from your front door.

Many of the cottages have decks that provide the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds of the wooded landscape, or to host your own backyard party. The yards are maintained by Saint Simeon’s but you may choose to plant your favorite plants and shrubs, or even plant your own personal garden. The cottages are your home and we encourage you to decorate the inside and outside to suit your own personal taste.

The following are considered basic services and are included in the monthly COTTAGE LIVING rate:

• Individually controlled heating and air
• Weekly housekeeping services
• Weekly flat laundry services (added fee for residents in 2 bedroom cottage w/ washer and dryer)
• Access to resident laundry room
• Kitchen appliances
• Basic lawn maintenance services
• Three delicious restaurant style meals served in City View Dining
• Ice cream parlor
• Hydromassage
• Social, educational and recreational programs
• Chapel services and pastoral care
• Scheduled transportation in the Tulsa area
• All utilities (with the exception of telephone and cable TV)
• Security and fire protection systems
• Emergency response system

In addition to the basic amenities and services, the TWO BEDROOM COTTAGES also include:

• Washers and dryers
• Fireplace in living room
• Carport or garage
• Two full baths (in most)

The following are additional services available on an added fee basis:
